Keep Oceans Clean Alliance
NOAA is an integral part of the Keep Oceans Clean Alliance along with the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, U.S. Department of the Interior, Environmental Defense, and the Ad Council. The Keep Oceans Clean campaign focuses on educating families and children about how they can prevent marine debris and keep the oceans clean through PSA's featuring Disney's The Little MermaidTM.
