Proceedings of the Workshop on State-level Responses to Abandoned and Derelict Vessels

A workshop to address abandoned and derelict vessels was held September 14-17, 2009, in Miami, Florida, with the intention of bringing together Federal agency representatives and state coastal managers to facilitate discussion on abandoned and derelict vessels (ADVs) and share challenges and successful practices. The State-level Responses to Abandoned and Derelict Vessels workshop was held September 15 to 17, 2009. This document is organized to provide two levels of detail for any audience interested in ADVs, including introductory and high-level information on the components of a state-level ADV program, detailed program information, and case studies.
