There are laws under Title 15, Parks and Recreation that address unauthorized vehicles and equipment on park lands. Under Title 15, the Department of Parks and Recreation can remove any unauthorized boat or vehicle from park property at the owner’s expense.
There is not a dedicated funding source for dealing with abandoned or derelict vessels in American Samoa.
